London Street Photography Workshop 2026

Join me and a small group for a one day street photography workshop on the streets of London, and learn 3 ways to fill your frame.

We'll be shooting on the busy streets on and around Oxford Circus, which to the untrained eye is chaotic and overwhelming on a busy summer Saturday. But this workshop will help you make sense of the chaos as well as find calm inside it.

Time for lunch is factored in - choose to sit and eat or eat and shoot (independent lunch)! At the end of the workshop we'll head to a pub together for a quick drink and a social.

WHO

Me, you, and at least 5 others! Max 10-12

HOW IT WORKS

1. We meet at 10am for an initial briefing and your first visual warm-up exercise to get your brain and eyes ready for action.

2. Throughout the day you receive 3 fully briefed creative assignments (with examples) so you have the right mindset, a clear idea of how to fulfil the brief, and plenty of inspiration to shoot with as well as the confidence to do it.

3. We can enjoy a social at the end of the day after the workshop ends at 5.30pm to compare notes or simply relax and tell bad jokes after a busy day shooting.

There's no classroom, all teaching is done in the street throughout the day so you get as much shooting time as possible. You can ask me anything at any time. Shooting time is autonomous. I give you the ideas and the how-to. I will not stand you all in one spot and give you the picture. You get to fill your own frames with your own unique perspective and vision.
