This Spanish adventure includes medieval backstreets, hidden squares, a flea market, a couple of castles, several cañas and tortillas, lots of churches, white sand beaches, a train ride, a fairground, and... the main event, which is the eye-popping-SD-card-filling Feria del Caballo (Horse Fair) in Jerez de al Frontera.
